ST. REGIS LONGBOAT KEY - SARASOTA, FL

Roles: Took design from concept to construction administration, led FF&E selections, custom designs, finish selections, and VE coordination.

Proposed concepts began in 2019 for one of Longboat Key's largest resort and residences. The client wanted a modern resort, fit for all walks of life at the edge of the ocean. The objective was to create exciting moments throughout the property, and explore designs in each wing, including the lobby, ballroom, spa amenities, rooftop lounge, and guestrooms. The biggest design challenge was to keep the original design intent as material costs skyrocketed from the aftermath of COVID-19. 

It will be a proud moment to see it come to completion in 2024.
