SYNC ROWING COMMUNITY

My thesis project is an exercise of design motivation for crew athletes. This project awarded me top thesis of my interior design class, and allowed me honors in Endicott's design community. The project combines both of my passions as a coxswain on Endicott's rowing team, as well as my passion for design. I am truly grateful to have successfully completed an entire rowing house dedicated to the motivations each of its users has, with extended research into each roles' psychology.
