960 MASS AVE - BOSTON, MA

A warehouse in the Newmarket district of Boston was falling apart due to its lack of maintenance, resulting in it's new ownership in 2017. RODE was brought on for the architectural reconstruction during the same year to renovate the entire exterior and add a new third story for a new office tenant space. The interiors team was brought on in 2019 in order to refinish the crumbling lobbies of both old and new tenant entrances. Here are the concepts and final perspectives of 960 Mass Ave's future lobbies.
