OFFICE SPACE STUDIES

This client needed test fits for their new relocated office in the South End of Boston. The challenge here was the unique shape of the building and how to fit their entire program within its footprint. With the addition of a third level, we were able to fit everything the needed, plus extra roof deck space for the office employees and a larger roof deck connected to the restaurant on the 1st level.
