WALDORF ASTORIA - SUNNY ISLES, MIAMI

An incredible project to grace the desks of 1508 London, the client wanted the designers to conceptualize the new branded residences for the Waldorf Astoria brand in Sunny Isles. The client wanted an ultra luxurious and sophisticated property that included all types of amenities for its habitants, including, but not limited to, a full spa, golf simulator, nail salon, gym, juice bar, residents-only restaurant and bar, and pool cabana, among other ideas. It's residential units had 6 different types, ranging from a 3-bedroom to a 5-bedroom. The objective of the design was to create an unexpected coastal living aesthetic that focused on the undulations of the ocean and how we can learn from the nature closest to us. Our challenge in this project was to make sure the client's wants and desires were able to be realized even in small ways throughout the design.
