SERENO - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

Roles: Took design from concept to schematic design, led project team (Miami and Sao Paulo), streamlined concepts and finish palettes, parallel design with client for sales center, FF&E selection and consultant coordination, with further involvement in the CGI coordination with the client's marketing team.

This beautiful property was realized from active collaboration between the designer and the client, Integra Investments. The client wanted a an uber luxurious oceanside residences and thought greatly about the end user. The objective was to create a spa-like atmosphere wherever the user went on the property, from their personal unit to the spa spaces on the rooftop, including a cold plunge and pickleball courts. The Sales Center is located only a few blocks from the property and was designed with the intent of making a mock-up unit that would sell the lifestyle as well as the unit. The challenge became a race against the clock in order to make the Sales Center and renderings complete for a formal web launch for the marketing team.

Design into design development and construction documentation is planned to continue at the beginning of 2026.
