PRIVATE RESIDENCE - NYC

This residence was brought to the firm as a repeat client, excited about the work being done in their Georgia home, but they wanted a space that felt uniquely New York City. With key words like "bold", "sexy", "artistic", and "moody", the designer and clients were able to heavily collaborate on this 4,800 SF spacious 3-bedroom condo in Soho, NYC. The project went through all phases of design at an extremely sped up 6 month time frame so they could be partially moved in for the December holidays, and fully completed in the April following. The client had three children and one on the way, so fitting the number of beds required was a challenge, plus adding a small room for a nanny (not pictured in the professional photos below).
